Anyone know anyone that does flooring?

I have an enormous roll of thick, non-slip vinyl(?) flooring that weighs about 250lbs sitting in the middle of the floor at OnlyBuns. It's meant to cover the floor it is sitting on, but unfortunately I absolutely destroyed the elbow I have been doing physio for the past six months trying to rehab while moving it in. I am once again unable to lift a coffee cup without extreme pain. Jack also only has one working arm, and since four potential employees in a row either backed out at the last minute or never showed up in the first place, we can't even set the damned thing upright to get it out of the way, let alone empty out the shop and lay huge slabs of flooring.
It would have to be done Monday-Wednesday, but I live locally so I can be there to (barely) help pretty much any time during those days.
